Semi-detached House Location:Berlin, Germany

The semi-detached house is designed as a modern residence, featuring two separate residential units, each with a ground floor, first floor, and basement. Both units include technical rooms in the basement. The ground floor is composed of a spacious living room, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, as well as a guest bedroom. The first floor accommodates the sleeping quarters.

The primary objective of the design was to create a simple yet impactful architectural concept, characterized by clean lines and a timeless aesthetic. Each functional unit is thoughtfully arranged to maximize both space and utility, ensuring a harmonious balance between form and function.
