Concept

A family villa with an ocean view as a project task seemed challenging and interesting. The very approach to designing this villa is reflected in the analysis of all the inspiring objects sent by the investor, as well as the analysis of the location and weather conditions. From the analysis, it can be seen that glass envelopes are preferred, ie panoramas that offer wide views of the surroundings. However, glass facades on all four sides, as well as objects that are an inspiration to investors, are more characteristic for locations where these objects are located far from other objects, and nature itself gives them additional privacy.

After those analyzes we came to the decision to design a building in which the panoramic view of the surroundings is dominant, with the windows on three sides of the building decreasing in height at the level of the view. That's how you get privacy and still have that quality view of the surroundings.
